We are Riya NAGPAL and Shivangi STUTI, students of Grade 11 of St. Mark’s Senior Secondary Public School, Meera Bagh. Right when we were looking to broaden our horizon by learning new skills, we got a chance to be a part of the ASEF group in our school. Although we had been working for some collaborative projects, we were not very much involved in the ASEF Club. Much to our surprise, we were asked to manage all 25 Online Collaborations under it. We were nervous but we took the job assigned to us with zeal. We recruited 7-8 members per group and assigned leaders for each one who were to supervise the activities of their group members. This enhanced our leadership and management skills in all aspects. With regular updates from leaders of groups, we used to plan certain tasks to be completed in a specified time period.
