Food is vital to human survival It is something we interact with on a daily basis. However, we tend to take it for granted and neglect to understand more about what we have been consuming every day. Through this project, the participants gained a better understanding about the food they consume and about their food heritage. They also learnt more about the food heritage and culture of other countries. At the end of the project, participants also had the opportunity to produce a food programme of their own.
