|Title||Let’s Eat: Sugar, Spice and Everything Nice!|
Food plays a vital role in our lives. Yet, we don’t pay much attention to what we consume every day. Through this project, students have gained a better understanding about the food they eat. We have studied the health and nutritional benefits of food. At the same time, students have also learnt about the different types of food available in other countries. At the end of the project, participants contributed to the production of an ASEF ClassNet recipe book and created proposals for how to promote awareness on healthy eating.
