This collaboration allowed students to bond with their grandparents while learning about the traditional food cooked at home. They compiled the authentic recipes of popular dishes and explored the cultural positioning of each dish. The participating students then cooked these cuisines in their kitchen and shared the pictures and recipes with other members online. Students created an online recipe book with a collection of traditional recipes from Asia and Europe.
